的 Office of 问责制 和 政策 研究 is responsible for the department’s accountability processes, public reporting of accountability outcomes 和 other information on the web, routine aggregate reporting of department information to 区s 和 to the federal government, 和 providing information for ad hoc requests from the State Board of Education, 通信办公室, legislative 和 governor’s offices. 的 office conducts research as directed by the Commissioner 和 the State Board of Education for the purpose of informing education policy decisions using the data maintained by the Division of 问责制, 研究, 和测量. This office includes the Bureau of 问责制 报告, the Bureau of PK-20 Education 报告 和 可访问性, the Value Added Model Team, 和 the Business Intelligence 和 交互式报告 Team.
Bureau of 问责制 报告
的 Bureau of 问责制 报告 administers programs to provide 区s 和 the public with teacher, 学校, 区, 和 state accountability information for Florida’s PK-20 education system. 的 Bureau’s core programs focus on calculating 和 reporting 学校 和 区 grades 和 增值模型 (VAM) results that describe instructional personnel 和 administrators' impact on student learning growth 和 are used in educator evaluations. 的 Bureau also calculates 学校 improvement ratings for alternative 学校s 和 ESE centers, accountability ratings for 学校s located within programs operated by the Department of Juvenile Justice 和 accountability ratings for teacher preparation programs, as well as updates 学校 placement information for Differentiated 问责制, identifies 学校s eligible for Florida School Recognition awards, 和 supports other offices in the agency to address accountability information needs.
