MP Chitando launches free Medical Outreach to Boost Community Health.

Gutu Central’s Honourable Member of Parliament, Comrade Winston Chitando, has embarked on a free medical outreach program aimed at providing vital healthcare services to people suffering from various ailments.

This initiative aligns with His Excellency, President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa’s visionary goal of leaving no one and no place behind in accessing quality health services.

The program targets underserved communities, ensuring that even those in remote areas receive medical attention and advice.

By bringing healthcare directly to the people, Honourable Chitando is helping to bridge gaps in access and promote wellbeing across Gutu Central.

Cde Trust Bare, Field Officer Gutu Central Constituency, confirmed that all arrangements are in place and encouraged residents to take full advantage of the services being offered.

“We urge everyone to come forward and seek medical advice,” he said.

He added that medicines will be provided for emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.

This free outreach, which was launched in 2019, portrays an unparalleled commitment to improving public health and supports the government’s broader strategy to enhance healthcare delivery nationwide.

The medical outreach program will be rolled out on 11 to 12 October 2025 at Chesvingo Primary School Ward 9 and Hwiru Primary School ward 33 of Gutu Central Constituency.
