The ZANU PF youth league for Bulawayo Province will on January 24, 2026, host a Youth Leadership and Development Seminar aimed at strengthening leadership capacity among young party members and reinforcing youth participation in party and national development programmes.
In the statement released yesterday, the youth league said the seminar, which will begin at 9am at a venue yet to be announced, forms part of sustained efforts to build a capable, disciplined and ideologically grounded youth leadership.
“The ZANU PF youth league in Bulawayo Province will be hosting a Youth Leadership and Development Seminar aimed at strengthening leadership capacity and promoting youth-driven development within the party,” read the statement.
The youth league said the programme is expected to bring together a wide range of youth leaders drawn from party structures across the province.
“The seminar is expected to bring together youth league provincial executive members, youth affairs representatives, district chairpersons, district political commissars and youth leaders from party affiliates,” the league said.
According to the statement, the seminar will place emphasis on equipping young leaders with both practical leadership skills and ideological clarity.
“The focus of the seminar will be on empowering young leaders with the skills, discipline and ideological clarity necessary to advance party objectives and contribute meaningfully to national development,” the youth league said.
The league said the initiative is part of a broader leadership development process targeting young cadres within the party.
“The Bulawayo Province Youth Leadership and Development Seminar forms part of ongoing efforts to prepare young leaders for effective service and leadership within ZANU PF and the broader community,” the statement read.
The youth league also outlined registration arrangements, urging eligible participants to register within the stipulated period.
“Registration for the seminar will take place from 19 to 22 January 2026. Interested participants are encouraged to register within this period to secure their participation,” the league added.
Meanwhile, the seminar underscores the party’s commitment to strengthening youth structures and grooming leaders capable of advancing ZANU PF’s values, programmes and national development agenda.
