Zimbabwean hip-hop artist Holy Ten (born Mukudzei Chitsama) was granted US$500 bail by a Harare magistrate on rape charges involving a 14-year-old girl.
The State did not oppose bail, citing the need for ongoing forensic investigations.
The court set specific conditions for his release, that is:
- Surrender his passport
- Report to the police once every Friday
- Continue residing at his given address and refrain from interfering with witnesses
The case was remanded to 7 August.
