The bodies of Zimbabwean nationals, Nothabo Zandile Tshuma and her two daughters, who were allegedly murdered in the United Kingdom last month, arrived in Zimbabwe, on Monday morning.
Nothabo and her daughters are alleged to have been killed by her husband, Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma, on July 3, in the United Kingdom.
The bodies landed at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport, in Harare, and are expected to be transported to the family’s home in Gwabalanda, Bulawayo, ahead of their burial on Tuesday.
Family members and mourners are expected to gather in Bulawayo to pay their final respects before the burial.
Meanwhile, Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma remains in police custody in South Africa after he allegedly fled there following the incident. Authorities in the United Kingdom and South Africa are continuing with legal processes related to the case.
