HARARE – The Zimbabwe National Road Administration (ZINARA) has launched a series of festive season promotions aimed at encouraging motorists to comply with road regulations under its #BeOneInAMillion campaign.
In a statement, ZINARA announced that between 8 and 15 December 2025, drivers can benefit from several offers, including:
- 25% discount on renewals in partnership with CBZ Insurance, Post Insurance and AFC Insurance.
- 100% waiver on arrears penalties, allowing motorists to clear outstanding balances at participating locations.
A 12-month payment plan enabling motorists to spread arrears and penalties over a year, available at ZINARA Licensing Offices and Mobile Teams.
The promotions are accessible at ZINARA Licensing Offices, Mobile Teams and Tollgates, excluding the Plumtree-Mutare route.
“Don’t miss out! #BeOneInAMillion #ProudlyCompliant #PartnersForProgress,” ZINARA urged motorists, encouraging them to take advantage of the limited-time offers.
The initiative reflects ZINARA’s push to boost compliance while easing financial burdens on motorists during the festive season.
