Addressing a press conference today on the Constitutional Amendment No. 3 Bill, ZANU PF Secretary for Mines and Energy Development, Cde Paul Mangwana states that a referendum is unnecessary.
He notes that because the proposed extension is under the three-year threshold, the bill can proceed through the standard legislative process.
