ZIDA CEO Tafadzwa Chinamo says 67% of Zimbabweans live in rural areas where agriculture drives livelihoods but faces low productivity, poor infrastructure and limited access to finance and markets.
Speaking at the Rural Industrialisation Indaba at ZITF in Bulawayo, he called for investment in sectors such as horticulture, cold chain, biomass, waste-to-energy and rural tourism.
