Dynamos are expected to officially unveil Romanian coach Aristica Cioaba today after completing the necessary paperwork for him to take charge of the Harare giants.
Cioaba, who initially joined the club as technical director, is now set to assume overall responsibility for the team’s technical affairs following the departure of Genesis Mangombe, who recently joined Triangle.
The Romanian has been cleared to begin work after his documentation was finalised earlier this week and is expected to oversee his first match when Dynamos face AGAMA at Rufaro Stadium on Sunday.
Despite bolstering their squad during the mid-season transfer window, Dynamos will not be able to field their new signings this weekend as the club is still finalising transfer and player registration processes.
The Glamour Boys have strengthened their attack by signing two strikers from the Democratic Republic of Congo, in addition to bringing in three other players as they seek to improve their fortunes in the second half of the season.
Attention will also be on attacking midfielder Callum Brown, who has been training with the squad since the start of the campaign while awaiting registration, with supporters hoping he will soon be available for selection
