Tripple murder accused Ndodana Tshuma’s case has been postponed by the Johannesburg Magistrates Court to October 21 for the finalisation of his plea agreement
The State was today expected to address discrepancies in his plea agreement. Tshuma’s previous appearance was postponed after the court found that his plea, the State’s documentation, and the relevant provisions of the Criminal Procedure Act did not align.
He had pleaded guilty to firearm-related charges, including possession of an unlicensed pistol and ammunition.
Tshuma is accused of murdering his wife and two daughters in the United Kingdom and is also facing extradition proceedings.
