President Emmerson Mnangagwa has arrived in Dubai ahead of the World Governments Summit, which starts this Tuesday, as Zimbabwe steps up its engagement and re-engagement efforts. He was received at Al Maktoum International Airport by senior UAE officials, Foreign Affairs Minister Professor Amon Murwira, Ambassador Isaac Moyo and embassy staff.
