Andy Rinomhota is negotiating a contract extension with Reading F.C., with discussions already underway ahead of the expiration of his current deal at the end of June.
The club confirmed that talks are ongoing as they assess their squad ahead of the upcoming season.
Rinomhota, who joined the Royals on a free transfer in October, endured a disrupted campaign due to personal commitments and injury setbacks. Despite this, he showed encouraging form in the matches he managed to feature in before being sidelined again.
Meanwhile, Warriors trialist Tivonge Rushesha is set to leave Reading when his contract expires next month, after the club decided against offering him a new deal.
Rushesha, who made 38 appearances since joining in 2023, spent much of his spell within the club’s academy structures.
